With school budgets stretched thin, it takes a lot of extra funds to keep a band program going. Instruments, music, uniforms, transportation, clinicians, and other expenses are not covered by the amount of money allocated by the school system. Fundraising has always been a fact of life for band parents but in our current economic environment it becomes even more critical.

For these reasons the Boosters hold two major fundraisers per year, the Christmas Tree & Wreath sale, which just ended, and our Dinner & Silent Auction which is held in the Spring. In addition, every Wednesday night is Spirit Night Quizno’s in the Martin Downs Village Shoppes — 3083 SW Martin Downs Blvd, Palm City.

We also run the concession stand at football games.
